I Purchased the cover and the pillow. I liked that it came assembled. The filling in the pillow shifted during shipping and initially made one of the face look a little distorted, but when I contacted Giforue, he responded quickly and was a great help ... he explained a very simple way of unzipping and rearranging the filling which i did and it solved the problem.
My experience was wonderful!! Communication was very thorough, quick and helpful. In fact, Giforue made an adjustment to the font of my pic so that it would turn out better than the original photo I sent!! I got my sequined pillow with 2 photos last week and it looks great! There are a few sequins that didn't seem to pick up the color from the photo (3 or 4 sequins were plain white and did not match the color of the photo), but other than that tiny detail it is absolutely perfect!
