I Purchased the cover and the pillow. I liked that it came assembled. The filling in the pillow shifted during shipping and initially made one of the face look a little distorted, but when I contacted Giforue, he responded quickly and was a great help ... he explained a very simple way of unzipping and rearranging the filling which i did and it solved the problem. My experience was wonderful!! Communication was very thorough, quick and helpful. In fact, Giforue made an adjustment to the font of my pic so that it would turn out better than the original photo I sent!! I would definitely order again and have had others who wanted to know where i purchased it from. It was a great gift and experience.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He is going to be so thrilled with it, he loves these "mermaid pillows" as he calls them and to find the special surprise of a family picture on the flip side of the sequin is going to blow his mind. Made & shipped so quickly, arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Great craftsmanship also. Will for sure be purchasing others in the future! Thank you so much.
