I received the product much later than I expected, but the owner was EXTREMELY helpful and kept in touch throughout. The pillow looks wonderful-he did a great job with the brightness and clarity on the pillow considering the only picture I had was not the best quality- we cannot wait to gift it.

My sister loved this gift! I asked for two photos of the two things she loves the most: batman and her dog. Besides my personal dislike for FedEx and the shipping being quite confusing to track, the condition and customer service I received was outstanding and extremely helpful.
